How Finelite Brightens Our Day

February 4, 2016

Thanks to Finelite’s generous donation, the SF-Marin Food Bank will be able to provide 3,000 meals to our community.

Based in Union City,
Finelite makes high performance lighting for businesses, schools, and healthcare facilities. Finelite credits its success to the high value it places on people: treating every customer as if she is your best friend, teaching and mentoring the next generation, and public service.

Featured Products:

  • Tailored Lighting, Finelite's newest manufacturing technique for LEDs, lets architects and designers customize any length, angle, and light output to produce beautiful continuous illumination. And delivered in 10 working days. And made locally right here in the San Francisco Bay Area. To learn more about Finelite and Tailored Lighting, check out this video and slideshow.
  • For LED desk lamps, Finelite’s graceful award-winning Curve uses a mere 8 watts and sports a 360-degree head for full flexible rotation. It’s made from 97% recycled material and when you’re done with it, 97% of the lamp is recyclable. How brilliant is that!
Asked why Finelite chose to support our event, Jennifer Langsam, Finelite’s director of marketing & creative services, offered these reasons: “Canstruction combines two themes important to Finelite: community and design. We believe in giving back to the communities in which we live and work…we are a thriving, growing business because of a design community that appreciates and specifies our lighting. And because it’s fun!"

Besides Canstruction San Francisco, Finelite is involved in other areas through food banks, blood drives, and many community events.

Sponsors such as Finelite are leading us towards a healthy sustainable future by making quality lighting that uses less energy and by supporting efforts to provide nutritious food to our communities.

How can you participate?

  • add a dimmer switch to your favorite reading lamp
  • donate food
  • volunteer at your local food bank
  • sponsor our event

Whatever way works for you, join Finelite in helping to nurture our community.

Thank you to everyone at Finelite!
